💚台北素食節是台灣成長最快的中型活動之一，每年吸引 500-1,000 人。該活動的核心價值是推廣植物性飲食，所有參與者都跟隨著這個目標。蔬食是一種生活態度、一種方式，並且我們利用音樂、社區和藝術的美好來促進這個給人帶來身心健康、愉悅及給地球良性循環、讓大家能有更美好的持續性的生活方式，我們也希望逐漸地影響更多的人可以將它延續到日常生活中。
